A3. Management should be proactive in maintaining the schedule of the training. Schedule of the training should not overlap for two clients. It is not acceptable to have the trainer leave the session before the last minute in order to catch flight for another client's training. No doubt, the training was complete through the presentations and discussions, however if the time is still left on last day(strictly as per my official time slot), I have the right to take advantage of the remaining time to discuss any new queries or anything related to my course for which I have paid for(Consumer Rights). As I was already on the limited days for the training and I had the best chance to discuss my never-ending queries till last minute. I don't think that the trainer is at fault but I truly believe that the management is responsible for this mismanagement.
