Course Prerequisites

1. Professional experience in an information systems security engineering discipline. Such experience typically comes from working directly in the field for at least four years for a sustained period of time.
2. A passing score on the Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP) Certification Examination or a passing score on one of the predecessor certificates that have been retired to ISSEP, such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or the Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification.
