F5 BIG IP GTM/DNS course provides students with a comprehensive overview of the F5 BIG-IP Global Traffic Manager (GTM) and DNS. It is designed to give a fundamental understanding of how to use, configure and troubleshoot the GTM/DNS and its features. The introductory course gives an overall understanding of the architecture, licensing, configuration, and monitoring of the F5 BIG-IP GTM and DNS. It will also cover topics such as basic name resolution and traffic management, with an emphasis on DNS resolution. Additionally, the course covers topics such as high availability and failover, DNS routing, application acceleration, and domain and adapter preferences.
At the completion of this course, students should have a good understanding of how to configure and troubleshoot the GTM/DNS in order to effectively and efficiently manage their networks.
