A1. Madhur was extremely passionate, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He was the main aspect that made this training experience a memorable one for me. Both KOENIG and PECB are fortunate to have him. He never demonstrated a sign of fatigue or tiredness although our daily sessions were 7-8 hours long and started at 6:00 am in his region. He was very flexible with the class management and kept the session interactive which is not very easy in a remote training setting. He explained everything at an appropriate pace and used relevant industry examples. Being an academic and teacher/trainer myself, it was hard not to recognise such qualities in Madhur.
