To sign up for the Managing Modern Desktops (MD-101) Certification Training program, candidates have to:

In order to sit the course, candidates must have previously sat the examination 70-698 that was retired on March 31st, 2019. If the candidate has successfully completed the same, the MD-101 examination is all that is required to earn the Modern Desktop certification. Candidates must also be familiar with Microsoft 365 workloads, display proficiency and experience with Windows 10 and understand deployment and configuration of non-Windows devices and technologies.
