Course Prerequisites

This course is intended for experienced Unified Communications professionals, who already have experience with Microsoft Teams and also possess intermediate-level voice and networking skills. Students should have a minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience with Microsoft Teams as well as a fundamental understanding of voice and networking. Additionally, a working knowledge of basic networking concepts and IP telephony concepts, Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies, PSTN analog and digital concepts, and an understanding of SIP and media flows are highly recommended.

A1. The trainer was robotic and just sounded he was reading from a script and I had trouble staying awake. I have never had this with any other trainer on KS. I have attended KS seven times in India. The overall experience of the admin side of things was also not acceptable. The Lab was a night mare and lost a day trying to get it to work. What makes things worse I was expected to sort it out with MS. This should have been sorted out by the instructor.
