The Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud Order Management course is designed for individuals looking to increase their understanding of the features and functionality of the Order Management module of Oracle SCM Cloud. The course covers topics such as order capture, pricing, customer and supplier management, account and contract management, order entry and tracking, equipment tooling, invoicing and billing, returns, and shipment follow-up. Participants will gain hands-on experience with the Order Management console, as well as other modules such as Customer Hub, Sales Hub, Inventory Hub, and Receiving Hub. At the end of the course, students will gain a valuable understanding of the tools and capabilities of Order Management, as well as the ability to create and manage customer and supplier orders more efficiently.
