Solaris Volume Manager (SVM) is a powerful data storage management tool that enables system administrators to centrally manage and configure storage volumes on Solaris systems. This course will provide a comprehensive overview of SVM and its features, including mirroring, striping, and concatenation. Students will learn to assess disk storage requirements and use SVM to create and manage disk volumes.
