PeopleSoft PeopleTools Server Admin and DPK Install Ed 1 is a course providing training and resources to help PeopleSoft administrators gain the skills necessary to be proficient in the architecture and installation of PeopleSoft environments. The course focuses on the principles of system design and the practical skills required to install and deploy a PeopleSoft environment. It covers topics such as system architecture, installation methods, maintenance and troubleshooting, system security, and applications deployment. Through a series of lectures, demonstration tasks and hands-on activities, learners will gain an understanding of the critical steps required to prepare and install a PeopleSoft system. Upon completion of the course, learners should have the skills to:
• Design and plan an applicable PeopleSoft architecture and environment.
• Understand the processes, components and tasks involved in installing, configuring and deploying a PeopleSoft system.
• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot a PeopleSoft system.
• Test the deployed PeopleSoft applications.
• Secure the PeopleSoft system.
