It also covers how to design and build business processes within the platform, including creating custom entities, building workflows, setting up dashboards, and managing customer data.
The course focuses on the use of process automation in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. It explains the advantages of process automation and the various tools used to create and maintain the processes, including automated processes and custom processes. By the end of the course, users are expected to understand the various processes available and how to configure, manage, and deploy them within the Dynamics 365 platform.
In addition, the Communication within Dynamics 365 course provides an introduction to the methods and best practices for responding to inquiries and communication from customers, partners and suppliers. It surrounds the topics of account, contact and opportunity management as well as how to maintain and manage customer relationships with email and marketing campaigns. The course also explains how to manage customer service interactions, including integrating social media channels.
