R12.2.9 Implement Oracle Workflow course is an instructor-led classroom training course in which students learn how to use the Oracle Workflow application to create, implement and manage processes to support the organization's business operations. The course teaches the basics of Oracle Workflow and how to create and manage workflow processes in the Oracle Applications environment.
Topics that are covered in the course include an introduction to Oracle Workflow, workflow process configuration, task configuration, workflow service configuration, developing custom business services, supporting existing services, implementing and running workflow processes, troubleshooting and monitoring. The course also covers the activities associated with extending and customizing the Oracle Workflow system to meet organizational requirements. The course also provides tips and techniques for successfully deploying and supporting Oracle Workflow processes.
At the end of this course, students will understand and be able to: Create and manage workflow processes; Configure tasks and activities; Create and configure services; Develop, debug and deploy custom business services; Troubleshoot workflow processes; and Monitor and optimize performance of processes.
