A Security Analyst is responsible for monitoring an organization's computer system for unauthorized activity, assessing security risks and developing countermeasures to prevent future breaches. They also create and update security policies, conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch tests, analyze logs and identity management systems, and perform regular security audits.
