Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Business Intelligence is a course intended to provide students with the skills and knowledge to deploy and administer the various tools found within Microsoft SharePoint. It covers topics such as setting up site collections and shared service providers, configuring server-side content types, developing and managing search applications, using dashboards and key performance indicators, importing and managing data, and creating and customizing reports, among many others. The course also discusses the integration of SharePoint and Business Intelligence tools, such as PowerPivot, PerformancePoint, and SQL Server Reporting Services, and equips students with the knowledge to design, implement, and manage dashboards and performance points. The course is meant for SharePoint administrators, BI Architectures, and system engineers who will use SharePoint's BI tools in their roles. After finishing this course, students will be able to set up and administer the end user experience, develop and configure the search and analytics capability of SharePoint, and customize and design reports, data visualization dashboards, and KPIs to assess performance.
